2、 Working mechanism

3 Working mode and method
1. If some assets need to be cared for, carers should be arranged. The Department Manager should have clear opinions on whether to take care of them.

For the assets that have been transferred or listed in the plan to be transferred in the current year, a comprehensive site clearing shall be carried out. If it is necessary to go through the judicial procedure, the specific operator shall put forward and provide the information required in the early stage of the lawsuit, obtain the consent of the person in charge of the area and the Department Manager, and the general manager shall connect with the company's legal adviser and the court.
2、 Commercial operating assets (storehouses, storehouses, etc.) fully claim rights and collect rents.

For the assets not included in the disposal scope for the time being, the current residents shall be mobilized to move out or sign a lease contract. In case of failure to work, the judicial procedure can be postponed. If there is sublease, it shall be treated as commercial housing. The residents who have moved away smoothly shall be given subsidies according to the enterprise restructuring policy, and certain compensation may be given according to the special circumstances (such as housing transformation or decoration).
Moving Expenses Within 1000 yuan, it should be controlled by the district supervisor and decided by the person in charge of the area;
Moving Expenses Within 1000-3000 yuan, proposed by the supervisor and decided by the Department Manager;
